Our Prevention Policy for COVID- 19

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our artisans, co-workers, customers and communities.

At The Tower Tops, taking care of both the community and our artisans is important to us. In terms of wages, every artisan working for The Tower Tops is paid above fair trade requirement during these challenging times as well.

All artisans have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl gloves when packaging orders.

Due to the pandemic certain orders may take longer times than expected. The status of the order will be communicated to customers regularly via email.
